Baseball is back at the Hoover Met

It’s only February, and it’s still 4 days before the NCAA D1 baseball season cranks up.  So it’s a little strange for me to see stuff about the Hoover Met and SEC Baseball.  After all, playing baseball at the Met is for May, not February.

Will be fun to follow Alabama baseball this spring as they call the Met “home” for all their games this year.

Click the link, and read on and watch the video.

And if you get to the Met, look up James Young and tell him hello and I will see him and the gang in May.

Alabama baseball sorting out weekend pitching rotation spots as season opener nears

Two weeks from today the season will have started.  While keeping up with the Bulldogs, I am also tracking other NCAA baseball stories.

Found this one about Alabama baseball.  The Tide will be playing all their home games at the Hoover Met this season.  Ought to be interesting to see how playing a home game 45 minutes from home works out.

So check out the link below, and be sure to come to the Saturday scrimmage and check out the Bulldogs.  3 PM at Dudy Noble
