With the latest round of conference realignment seemingly paused, this is a good time to try to see where Florida State and Miami stand. Let’s set aside the practicality of either leaving the ACC and its grant-of-rights deal that runs into 2036. Our semi-educated guess is that no team will break that contract soon.
