STARKVILLE – Mississippi State’s Pico Kohn was selected as the Southeastern Conference Pitcher of the Week following his dominant outing at No. 10 Oklahoma this past Friday. Kohn started and limited the Sooners to just two hits while logging six shutout innings in a 2-1 win. He also struck out 10 – one shy of his career-high – and only surrendered four base runners while improving to 4-0 on the mound.
