The Orioles promoted Westburg from High-A Aberdeen to Double-A Bowie on Monday, Steve Melewski of MASNSports.com reports. The No. 30 overall pick in the 2020 first-year player draft will receive his second promotion of the season after beginning his professional career at Low-A Delmarva before moving on to Aberdeen on June 1.
