Carlisle Koestler thought it was over. Told his elbow injury would require surgery, the Southeastern Louisiana pitcher knew his senior season had come to an end after just four starts. Koestler knew there was a chance his time in college baseball had just run out. “I really thought, ‘Man, this might be it,'” he said.
