STARKVILLE – The Mississippi State Bulldogs used strong pitching performances en route to a 5-1 victory over Georgia Southern in the series opener. The Dawgs pitching staff struck out 15 hitters and limited the Eagles to six hits. Nate Dohm led the team with 10 strikeouts on the night..
