ARLINGTON, Texas – In a sprawling outdoor venue nestled between the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium and the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, Dak Prescott occupied the farthest left chair on stage. Beside the Cowboys QB sat two city police chiefs, a local school district superintendent, a mental health specialist, and two high school students of color.
